International Baccalaureate

Offer: 34 points overall with 6, 6, 6 at Higher Level including Chemistry or Biology and one of Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Maths. The medical school's 2026 international academic-requirements page lists 6,6,5 at Higher Level in the same subjects — treat 6,6,6 as the safe target. ^[4]

Scottish Highers

No Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers grades are published — Bolton accepts "a range of level 3 qualifications" and asks applicants with qualifications other than A-Levels or the IB to contact the admissions team to discuss eligibility. ^[5]
