Ranking schools such as Imperial, Bristol and UCL interviewed nobody below roughly 2200 last cycle, while schools that weight GCSEs or A-Levels alongside the UCAT, like Cardiff and Aberdeen, went as low as 1500 to 1700. The lowest interview thresholds are at schools that combine the UCAT with academics or use it only as a minimum: Cardiff, Dundee, UEA, St Andrews, Nottingham, Sunderland and Aberdeen have all interviewed applicants in the 1400 to 1700 range.
