On the day
Conducted via Zoom; 2026 interviewees say the link arrived only a day or so before the slot.
You read two short ethical scenarios (two or three sentences each) in panel B and pick one to discuss; interviewees report about 2.5 to 3 minutes of reading time, and one 2026 candidate was allowed to jot notes during it.
Interviewers know nothing about you except your name, so your personal statement is not in front of them.
No writing is required and no written resources or devices may be used; you declare yourself fit to sit and repeat interviews are only offered if interviewers note serious issues, such as severe technical difficulties.
Each interviewer works through their own set questions with follow-ups, and several 2026 candidates found the pace rushed, so keep answers succinct.
No notes allowed.
Interviewers see only your name, not your application.
Final decision is made solely on interview performance and interview performance is ranked once interviews are done; no score adjustments for any applicant, including widening participation or illness on the day.
