On the day
The school's own pages do not state the delivery mode. For 2025 entry the MMI was two-part: 3 recorded asynchronous stations in January, then 4 live online stations. A 2026 entry home applicant reports the invite email and its attached video describe an in-person MMI with the recorded part dropped; the Medical Schools Council listing says in person and online, so overseas applicants may still be interviewed online.
Station 1 (Commitment to Medicine) interviewers have your personal statement and may ask you to expand on it; it counts the same as every other station.
Every station is marked 6 for content and 4 for communication, so how you say it is 40% of the mark.
Changing your mind mid-answer is fine if you explain your reasoning; interviewers score that as reflection.
Applicants sign an NDA before the interview, so few real questions are public; the station count also moves year to year (7 for 2025 entry, 6 for 2026).
Admissions review the combined station scores to decide offer or reject; the offer threshold varies each year and differs for widening participation applicants, who are ranked in a separate pool with its own interview score cut-off.
